At Fitness HQ we embrace any opportunity to plan a new, lung bursting and fun workout.
With today being Valentine’s day we decided to put together a 20 minute AMRAP (As many rounds as possible) workout for you to try.
AMRAPs are a great tool to use with clients and we often discuss their suitability, pros and cons during our personal trainer courses.
