What is Sub-Zero Training?

battle-ropesSub-Zero is a training workshop which comprises of various training techniques and methods which will help guarantee your clients great results! These pieces of equipment and methods are not always delivered in personal training qualifications with other providers – so let us bridge that gap! The purpose of this workshop is to introduce you to pieces of kit and methods such as:


  • The prowler
  • The sled
  • Kettlebells
  • Plyometrics (How to programme and incorporate this into your programme appropriately)
  • Slam ball
  • Battle rope
  • Tyres
  • And so much more


Over the years we have used various different pieces of equipment along with different strategies to achieve outstanding results with clients. The purpose of this workshop is to pass on this knowledge to you.

What’s included in this workshop?

This workshop is extremely practical, therefore please only attend if you are fit and capable of taking part.

Due to the amount of experience we have and the amount of knowledge we want to pass on to you, the workshop will start at 9am promptly and finish at 5pm… possibly a little later depending on how much you want to learn!


The structure of the day is similar to this:

9.00am – 9.15am Welcome, introduction, house keeping & ice breakers
9.15am – 10.30am Workout 1 – Advanced GBC training for body composition
10.45am – 12.00pm Nutrition workshop – which nutrition strategy best suits what method for optimal fat loss
12.00pm-1.15pm Workout 2 – Introduction to new pieces of equipment and how to structure effective sessions with clients
1.15pm – 2.00pm Lunch – Please bring an adequat amount of food
2.00pm – 3.00pm How to plan effective and suitable nutrition plans for clients based on their current body composition and needs
3.00pm – 4.15pm Workout 3 – What conditioning sessions should look like
4.30pm – 5.00pm Q & A Session with the trainers
