Award in Education and Training
The Level 3 Award in Education and Training acts as an introduction to teaching, enabling learners to gain an insight into the roles, responsibilities and relationships within education and training industry.
It allows you to experience personal growth as it provides you with necessities to eventually plan, prepare, deliver and execute your own basic teaching, resulting in you gaining enough knowledge, confidence and skills to act as tutor for qualifications delivered.
The qualification aims to:
- Provide learners with the knowledge, skills and confidence to educate/train individuals or groups
- Provide learners with enough knowledge to enter the education industry
- Ensure learners receive a high quality/standard of learning, enabling them to excel with Fitness HQ
